What's in the Pantry?

Pizza from the Pantry

I am limiting going out passed walking distance from my home. After reading about the hordes of people descending on the beaches, some bringing alcohol and barbecue fare and others going to Target and Walmart because they are bored, I've decided to pull in further to support sheltering in for my health and for everyone's health.

No more quick trips to the grocery store.

Today. I decided to work with what I have in the pantry.

I found a boboli pizza crust. Pizza always sounds good. I prefer traditional crust but boboli will do!

I revived some limp turnips from the farmstand we stopped at a couple weekends ago by roasting them in olive oil and sea salt. I added the roasted turnips, fresh basil and oregano, purple onion,  fresh garlic and more olive oil.  Baked in oven at 500 for about 10 min. No cheese. No sauce.

It was delicious.
