Cleaning the Pantry

Mixing Pumpkin Bread
In the pantry, I have stacks of canned goods. I'm trying to clean things out, so I grabbed a can of pumpkin and made bread. We had it before dinner last night, still warm and spread generously with Miyokos vegan butter.

Today, I might tackle the cans of applesauce and bake a breakfast bread.

Baking keeps me grounded. It's a peaceful meditation during these times.
