Vegetarian Rigatoni & Sangria
It's warm. We are starting to eat outside.
I cleared the table in the backyard while my partner cooked dinner and made homemade Sangria with a bottle of cabernet, sliced fruit and his secret ingredients.
He made a vegetarian rigatoni with veggie gardein meatballs, red sauce, bell peppers, snow peas and onions with lots of spice. We always feel better eating vegetarian.
I still feel a bit odd after our trip to Marin. The melancholy was pretty heavy there.
Tonight, we will continue our binge watch of Mad Men (I never finished the series years ago) or we'll escape into a Bourne movie.
