After my walk this morning, I made a simple breakfast. Sometimes I like using paper plates. It reminds me of picnics and camping.
I opened the carton of eggs delighted to find shades of green, brown, and white. The eggs are from a local farm that spoils their hens with room to roam, good things to eat and sunshine on their wings.
The toast is sourdough. I bought at the farmers market. The baker handed the loaf to me as people kept their 6 feet distance waiting their turn.
The beans I cooked myself. Beans take a long time to cook. They demand patience. I seasoned them with onions and garlic sauteed first in golden olive oil from Italy.
